Imotong Innovative Ltd has a rigorous environmental policy to ensure we safeguard all aspects of the environment during construction activities. Our specifications contain clauses on the environmental regulations to be followed on project sites and all aspects of our construction methodologies consider environmental aspects during our risk assessment phase in planning. In accordance with our operating procedures, Imotong Innovative Ltd ensures that the highest standards of Health and Safety aspects are observed on our project sites.
Since its inception Imotong Innovative Ltd has been providing training to its staff. As a commitment to the development of young construction professionals, we have developed a Training Scheme which actualizes our commitment to the training of young professionals. We also provide training and capacity building of clients’ personnel by providing on the job training.
